Dr. Yan Zhang

Founder and Managing Partner of OmniSolu. Technology executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience building large-scale digital and AI infrastructure, smart cities and wireless networks. He has held co-founding and senior leadership roles at Infinite Compute, MetaBlox, the Roam Foundation, DappWorks and Airbeam Wireless Technologies, and holds more than 50 authorized or pending patents across telecommunications, IoT, computing and blockchain.

Wayne Lloyd

Canadian technology executive and entrepreneur, and Managing Partner of OmniSolu, who holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. His leadership experience spans capital markets, blockchain and digital assets, data centers and AI infrastructure, and the integration of emerging technologies. He has held leadership and founding roles with Consensus Core, ShiftCarbon, Airbeam Wireless Technologies and NFT Tech.

Davy Wang

Founder and CEO of GoodVision AI with more than 25 years of experience in cloud computing, AI infrastructure and global compute development. He has held senior roles at Intel, Amazon Web Services and IBM, with work across scalable cloud platforms and large-scale technology operations. His current focus is AI-factory infrastructure, intelligent routing and running AI workloads efficiently at scale.

Dr. Bozena Kaminska, Academic Partner at OmniSolu[04]

Academic Partner

Dr. Bozena Kaminska

Engineering professor, inventor and entrepreneur whose work connects academic research with commercial application. She served as a professor at École Polytechnique de Montréal and Simon Fraser University, where she held a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Wireless Sensor Networks from 2010 to 2020. She commercialized research through ventures including OPMAXX and Nanotech Security, and chaired the Board of the Canadian Microelectronic Corporation.
